We have well equipped Online and in line process QA team to check multiple parameters during the production viz, Temperature, Corn Moisture, Mill Gap, Material Feed Rate to Dryer, which is full automatic Drying system to adjust the temperatures at inlet and outlet most suitable for our product quality.
With good qualified Food technologist we are able to get high amount of consistency in the process
At post dryer we have fully equipped machines to get the consistent particle size distribution as per the SOP.
We recently also installed Entoleter to disrupt weevil eggs in case present in flour and magnets installed in the process so take care of the metal foreign objects.
Post production our QA team gets the samples to check various parameters of the finished product - Water Holding, Particle Size, Moisture, Ash, Fat, black particle.
